About
Aleksander Zabłocki is a Polish composer for media, specializing in music for video games and film. His compositional style is distinctly modern, blending neo-romantic expressiveness with hybrid and contemporary sound design to support narrative-driven media.
He began playing the piano at the age of four, developing a solid foundation in classical and contemporary repertoire. At eighteen, Aleksander shifted his focus toward composition, forming the jazz fusion trio Mysteries Lab, through which he presented his original works and expanded his stylistic range.
Aleksander’s portfolio is centered on narrative and interactive media. In 2019, he composed the score for the video game Inkulinati, marking the beginning of his professional career in game music. His experience spans both games and film, with a strong emphasis on thematic development, atmosphere, and storytelling.
From 2018 to 2023, he worked as an assistant to composer Mikolai Stroiński, gaining valuable experience on large-scale, high-profile media projects.
In parallel with his musical career, Aleksander earned a degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology. This background serves as an additional asset, supporting his work in interactive media, technical collaboration, and modern production pipelines.
